Reporting to the Associate Director of Residence Life, The Resident Director will serve as a professional 12-month, live-in member of housing and residence life at a four-year diversely populated New Jersey State public university serving nearly 10,000 students from across the country and from over 40 nations. In addition to being responsible for the operations, supervision, and administration of assigned residence halls and/or apartments, the Resident Director is also responsible for enhancing the educational environment, developing social and personal growth programs, advising, and promoting the safety and well-being of William Paterson University students and their guests.
