William Paterson University, Psychology Department, invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level beginning in September 2018. Consideration will be given to applicants with research relating to cross-cultural, multicultural, and/or traditionally under-served populations.

A Ph.D. in an appropriate area of Psychology is required by the position start date. Preference will be given to candidates whose scholarship focuses on African American and/or Latinx communities.  This appointment in the Department of Psychology will include interdisciplinary teaching expectations in support of related programs (e.g., Africana-World Studies, Latin American & Latino Studies).  Additional teaching and service responsibilities may include graduate or undergraduate offerings in area of expertise for the department and in support of the University Core Curriculum program.
