Madeleine Rosar

Professor • Department of Mathematical Sciences

Dr. Rosar, professor and former chairperson of the Department of Mathematics, joined the faculty of William Paterson University after a post-doctoral research fellowship at the Cornell University Medical College and years in an industrial research laboratory.

Dr. Rosar's areas of research interest include applied mathematics, fluid dynamics, and the modeling of large biological systems.

Dr. Rosar has made major contributions to curriculum development and is currently exploring the development of courses in mathematical physics and quantum computing.
