Over 25 years experience in clinical practice (medical-surgical, cardiology and pediatrics) as well as teaching and administration in pre-licensure nursing programs. All but dissertation completed and preparing research proposal in the PhD in Nursing program at Seton Hall University. Research interests include nursing student preparation and successful transition to practice.
