June 26 - June 29: (4 Days) Digital Design-Bridges (Grades 7 - 9)

Calling all architecture aficionados! Learn about famous bridges in both New York and New Jersey;students will learn what planning goes into making bridges both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound.  

"Digital Design-Bridges" for students in grades 7 – 9, will expose students to a wide portfolio of different historic bridges; students can take inspiration from these examples or feel free to develop their own style in the digital landscape by using SketchUp; students will use this 3D design software to develop their own bridge design by the end of the week.
