Fashion Design Portfolio: Creating the Collection 7/15-7/19/19|From: 9:00am - 12:00pm|

Learn what it takes to prepare a fashion portfolio. A portfolio is often a requirement for fashion school admission. Students will learn about the target customer and create an inspirational mood board to create a small collection of garments. They will learn how to draw a fashion figure on a croquis to illustrate their own designs and create flats of their designs. All sketching will be done by hand.

Fashion Design Portfolio: Designing on Adobe Illustrator 7/22-7/26/19|from: 9:00am - 12:00pm|

Students will sketch flats of their own designs on Adobe Illustrator. Adobe Illustrator is the most widely used program for flat sketching in the fashion industry and flat sketching skills are a must for fashion designers.
