Introduction to Programming: JAVA & C++ (Grades 6-8) 3/2-3/23/19

An entry-level class in programming, this course includes an overview of data structures, inheritance, duplication, branching and techniques using C++ and JAVA. The class helps beginners gain a basic understanding of programming, applications and object-oriented programming with hands on programming. Students learn how to write programs in both C++ and JAVA. Topics covered include fundamentals of algorithms, flowcharts, problem solving, programming concepts, classes and methods, control structures, arrays, and strings.
