Self-Empowerment Professional Development Workshop Series 5/23/18

Self-Empowerment Professional Development Workshop Series

This course allowed attendees to self-reflect on personal goals through meditation, yoga techniques, journal writing, and adoption of a took-kit targeting self-sabotage behaviors. Participants were able to transfer these skills to the classroom setting, in order to foster intent for daily usage with clear communication skills.
