Leading a Winning Business Plan 3/12/13
This seminar is designed for company presidents and senior management, business owners and key personnel who are responsible for leading and driving business and profit growth.
Where do you want to take your business in the short term and mid-range? What vision do you have to gain market share, grow you sales and profit, and articulate this vision to employees? This seminar will focus on the key components of a strategic business plan including the budget and sales plan, importance of choosing effective channels of distribution and sales representation, creating effective compensation and incentive programs, and organization effectiveness. We will also explore the importance of improving market share, identifying and beating competitors using the Lanchester Theory of Business Warfare. This seminar will be interactive among attendees and will get the ‘juice flowing’!
