Salesforce Certified Administrator Program - 2/8 - 5/7/21

This course will be delivered online with live instruction via Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams and Mural - a digital whiteboard program.

Class Schedule:

• Classroom Instruction: Mondays and Wednesdays: 1pm – 5pm, Fridays 10am – 12pm

• Monitored Lab Instruction: Monday – Friday 2 hour sessions

The Salesforce Certified Administrator Program covers the fundamental applications, methodologies, and supporting technologies preparing students for roles as certified Salesforce Administrators.

A Day in the Life of a Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator your job is equal parts technical and business.  Your primary role is to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology via the Salesforce Platform. For your employer, it could mean automating business processes, creating reports and dashboards for management, help increase customer engagement.

There is no coding or development! This is point and click configuration

Daily job activities can include:

• Data & License Management
• Creating and Running Reports and Dashboard      
•  Identifying Additional Benefits
• Implementing New Features
•  Communicating with Stakeholders
• Collecting and documenting business requirements

You are adding value in meaningful ways everyday by supporting a strategic tool like Salesforce.

Pre-requisite requirements to sit for the Salesforce Administrator Certification Program

• Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
• And/or 2-5 years of professional work experience
• STEM or developer experience is not required
