OPG Recruitment Event - Bergen County - 4/28/2017

BERGEN COUNTY RECRUITMENT EVENT

Are you currently unemployed? Are you interested in working in the financial services industry? The New Jersey Department of Labor-funded grant program at William Paterson University, in partnership with Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company, may make it possible. Classes will be held at the Passaic County One-Stop Career Center in Paterson, NJ

The purpose of this Opportunity Partnership Grant program is to recruit potential Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Professionals and potential Licensed Life Insurance Sales Professionals in New Jersey. Candidates will receive FREE training, an internship, and an opportunity for employment by Allstate. 

To be considered an eligible candidate for this grant:

1) You must be unemployed and either receiving Unemployment Insurance Benefits/UIB OR exhausted UIB within the last 52 weeks.

2) You must be registered with Your County One Stop Career Center (OSCC) and have a registration number

3) You must have NOT taken a training program in the past through an OSCC Grant

4) If your UIB has exhausted, you must be eligible for Additional Benefits while in Training through Your County OSCC
