Managing The Stress of the Work Environment with Movement 5/3/16

Teachers, school nurses and other school staff stand for more than half of each day. This restorative workshop, designed for people who are always “on their feet,” will demonstrate ways to stand and walk, and manage the stress of their work environment through movement. Participants will engage in easy and accessible movements designed to promote resilience and facilitate well-being.

Participation is limited to the first 25 registrants.

Participants will be required to sign a waiver.
