Grades 5-8 - Successful Readers and Writers Course 4/11-5/9/15

Through differentiated instruction with a focus on multiple intelligences, this curriculum develops reading comprehension and writing skills. Activities include: morning journaling and Do Nows, daily reading and writing lessons, literature discussions, technology integration, and hands-on activities. On a daily basis, students will not only develop reading and writing skills in a traditional fashion, but they will also use several differentiated activities to develop further understanding of the literary works they are reading.
