Adobe CC Motion Graphics - Online

Please note: This course will be conducted synchronously online via Blackboard Collaborate. Students must have access to the Adobe After Effects software.

** Class will meet online on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm - 7:00pm **

Course Time

Required Course Software - Must be purchased by students from Adode.com

• Adobe After Effects

Adobe offers student discounts. If you have a .edu email, you automatically qualify for the discount. Enrollment in this course does not qualify for the discount. See Adobe.com for details.

Pre-Requisites

The course is designed for all skill levels.  No experience with these software programs is required, however knowledge of video editing software is a plus.

The Online Course Environment

Synchronous, instructor led virtual classroom using Blackboard Collaborate provides personal engagement with the students.

Course Overview

This is an introductory course in Motion Graphics and 3D Animation. With After Effects, you can create video titles with transitions and remove an object from a video. Animate a logo or character. After Effects is the industry-standard motion graphics and visual effects software.

Skill builder - Students will be able to: 

• Create, manipulate, and optimize motion graphics for video, the web, and mobile devices
• Animating text and images
• Customize a wide range of effects
• Track and sync content,
• Correct lighting and color
• Removing unwanted objects
• Rotoscope to create realistic action
