Introducing the Commons Showcase Location

UC Operations is excited to announce a new reservable space in the University Commons designed specifically for showcasing items and creating impactful displays!

After the success of the Día de los Muertos display, we’ve added the Commons Showcase Location, a prime spot for passive displays that capture attention.

Where to Find It:
Located on the 1st Floor of the Student Center, under the staircase along the windows, this raised platform offers excellent visibility for your showcase.

How to Reserve:
Book the space in 25Live by searching “Commons Showcase.”

About the Commons Showcase Location

• This area is designated for displays only—not active events.
• You may use up to two 6-foot tables in this space.
• If you’d like to host an interactive event near your display, we recommend reserving the Food Court, which is better suited for activities.
