Headshot Session Today and Wednesday!

As a follow-up to our recent message encouraging everyone to upload a current, professional profile photo in Outlook and Workday, we’re pleased to share an exciting opportunity to help you do just that.  The Marketing Department is offering professional headshot sessions today and tomorrow—no appointment needed!

Location: In front of the Ballrooms, University Commons
Dates & Times:

Tuesday, June 3rd | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Wednesday, June 4th | 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

We encourage you to stop by and take advantage of this opportunity to get a high-quality photo for your Outlook, Teams, and Workday profiles.

Having a clear, current profile photo not only strengthens our professional image but also builds connections within our community. For those who haven’t yet met in person, putting a face to a name makes networking much easier!

 How to add or update your profile photo in Outlook:

1. Sign in to your WP email through www.wpunj.edu/email.
2. Click on your initials (or the existing profile photo) at the top right corner.
3. Click on your initials (or the existing profile photo) in the box that opens.
4. Follow the instructions to upload and resize your preferred photo.

How to add or update your profile photo in Workday:

1. Sign in to Workday.
2. In the search bar, type “Change my Photo'” (or navigate to your profile and select the Actions menu > Personal Data > Change my Photo).
3. Follow the instructions to upload and resize your preferred photo.
