Homecoming / Family Day Carnival Department Participation - October 4

Dear Colleagues,

Homecoming and Family Day will take place on Saturday, October 4!  As part of the festivities, we invite your department to set up a table at the Pioneer Carnival to host an activity and share information with alumni, families and students!  The Pioneer Carnival will take place from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm on the practice field, we ask that all tables be set-up up 10:00am.  (Note:  Rain plan TBD).

 Items to consider:

1. Tables / Chairs: The total number of tables and chairs needed for your activity.
2. Tents:  Departments must supply their own tents if wanted. Please make arrangements to secure the appropriate number of tents to cover your area and have them delivered to the practice field.  We are unable to provide tents.
3. Activity: The activity or game will you have at your table, giveaways, decorations to show your Pioneer Spirit, etc.
4. Staffing: The contact information for the person(s) who will be staffing your table(s).

Lastly, please submit an online work order with Facilities by September 27 for any items (boxes, tents, etc.) that need to be picked up and delivered to the Practice Field for the Pioneer Carnival.  Remember to label them with your department name and include return instructions.
