Homecoming / Family Day Carnival - Department Tables

Homecoming and Family Day will take place on Saturday, October 21.  As part of the festivities, we invite your department to set up a table at the Pioneer Carnival to host an activity and share information with alumni, families and students!  The Pioneer Carnival will take place from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm on the practice field, we ask that all tables be set-up up 10:00am.

Things to consider:

1. The total number of tables and chairs needed.
2. If your office/department wants to have a tent – you must make arrangements to secure the appropriate number of tents to cover your area.  We are unable to provide tents.
3. The activity/game will you have at your table, giveaways, etc.
4. The contact information for the person(s) who will be staffing your table(s)

Lastly, please submit an online work order with Facilities by 10/13 for any items (boxes, tents, etc.) that need to be picked up and delivered to the Practice Field for the Pioneer Carnival.  Remember to include return instructions.
