As such the Office of Sponsored Programs in collaboration with the Research and Scholarship Council, have reserved the following rooms for Faculty and Student presentations on April 18th and 20th from 10:30am until 3:30pm. Each presenter should anticipate 15 minutes, for the full presentation that includes 5 minutes of Q&A.
The following locations and time slots are available for your presentation if your College has not already secured a date, time or location for your presentation:

In order to reserve a presentation time slot, please log onto the enclosed link (https://wpunj.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3OywR8EC8DgLTb8), and select the date and a type of presentation that you require (virtual vs. in-person) as well as the time slot of interest to you. The presentation room will support virtual as well as in person presentations and based upon the number of submission requests, we will confirm the exact time of each presentation within the timeslot requested.
Unlike past years, this year’s presentation style will require that your poster presentation occur via PowerPoint slide. In this regard, presenters should compile the contents of their presentation within either a single PowerPoint Slide for a discussion or a brief PowerPoint presentation that results in a 10-minute discussion and 5-minute question and answer session. Please feel free to include presenter notes within the comments section of your PowerPoint presentation to guide your discussion.
Students who participate in this year’s Exploration will receive credit towards the Career and Professional Success (CAPS) digital badge and the Social Justice Leadership Badge (SJLB) when you complete a reflection survey of the experience
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Anthony
