Clear out old tech equipment before the fall semester heats up!

Information Technology is organizing a summer clean up initiative to help departments dispose of old or unused university computer equipment. This is a great opportunity to declutter your space, support sustainability efforts, and keep our technology environment up to date.

🖥 What can be picked up?

We are collecting:

• Desktop computers
• Laptops
• Desktop printers
• Monitors
• Docking station
• Mice & Keyboards
• Computer cables
• New/sealed toner

📝 How to request a pickup:

Submit a ticket through Web Help Desk

For general equipment cleanup:
Request Type: Hardware > Disposal

Please include:

• Building and room number(s)
• Estimated count and types of equipment

For equipment left behind by a former employee:
Request Type: Hardware > Offboarding

Please include:

• Former employee's name
• Computer Service Tag (if available)
• Building and room number

📅 How long will this cleaning initiative last?

Equipment pickups are available year-round. Our goal is to have spaces cleared by the start of the Fall 2025 semester.
