Pioneer Awards Recognition Program
At William Paterson University, we honor and celebrate the remarkable efforts and accomplishments of our dedicated team members. The Pioneer Awards Recognition Program acknowledges exceptional contributions by faculty, staff, managers, and administrators to both the University and the wider community.
We deeply value the significance of recognizing our employees, as it plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant work environment and nurturing a culture of excellence, growth, and belonging.
This year we are excited to introduce a new category, the Unsung Heroes Award, recognizing individuals or teams whose contributions often happen behind the scenes but make a meaningful and lasting impact on the University community.
Eligibility
All University employees, excluding members of the Cabinet, are eligible for nomination.
Nominations are open to all faculty, staff members, supervisors, administrators, and managers. Managers are responsible for disseminating information about the program and providing employees with the nomination form.
