This new university-wide initiative invites faculty and staff to step away from the hustle and reconnect with what matters most: YOUR WELL BEING!

Each Wednesday, we’re offering thoughtfully curated sessions to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're looking to unwind with yoga, boost your mindfulness, or sharpen life skills, there’s something for everyone.

 

✨ Sessions:

  • March 5: NJWELL Webinar with Luisa Andrade (Horizon) – Don’t leave free money on the table. Earn $250 + just for taking care of yourself
  • April 2: Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Lucia McMahon – Ease into the month with movement and meditation. [in person]
  • April 9: EAP Overview Webinar with Jessie Dechellis – Learn how Employee Assistance Programs can support your wellness journey
  • April 23: Mindfulness in the Workplace Webinar with Jessica Ebegbulem – Simple tools for staying grounded and focused.
  • April 30: Gentle Yoga & Meditation with Lucia McMahon – Your favorite midweek flow returns! [in person]
  • May 7: Investing 201 Webinar with Frank Booth (VOYA) – Take control of your financial well-being with practical, future-focused guidance.
