Live Class

  • Practicing Healthy Repair with Others - Thursday, Sep 19, 8:00 PM EDTClick to join the class at the scheduled time.
When intimacy increases in any relationship, disagreements and hurts follow. This is normal and healthy. Learn to address hurts, make repairs, and move toward forgiveness while gaining the skills to practice healthy repairs with those you love. The session will also include exercises, reflections, and questions, and an anonymous question and answer period to ask the therapist anything, anonymously.

On Demand Classes

  • Preparing for Hard Conversations - Click to watch anytime - We all experience hurt, distress, and disconnection in our relationships. Most of us never learned how to address hard things in healthy ways with the people we care about. In this class, learn how to prepare for difficult conversations so that you can move toward repair with those around you.
  • Understanding Unconscious Bias - Click to watch anytime in September - To understand unconscious bias, you need to boldly define what it is and what it looks like by exploring your inner world and experiences. These experiences shape how you interact with those around you. In this class, learn how to engage in a candid conversation about unconscious bias and how to acknowledge and change your blindspots.

Worksheet Tool

  • Setting Boundaries with Family Therapy Worksheet - Boundaries create healthy space and balance in relationships. Families tend to have long-established ways of operating with one another, so the act of editing and shifting boundaries can feel like rocking the boat. It’s important to start by clarifying what boundaries you need and how you plan to enforce them when you experience pushback. Click here to View the Worksheet
