We will again welcome our new students to campus with a full slate of "Welcome Day" activities, including the Fall State of the University address.

Tuesday, August 26, 2025

At various locations across campus

8:30 a.m. – Welcome Day Ceremony in the Sports and Recreation Center. Parking is available in Lot 2 and the Parking Garage. Check in will be in the covered area outside the Ben Shahn Center, across from the Field House. Please note, there is no parking in Lot 6 due to construction.

2:00 p.m. – President's State of the University address in the Shea Center for Performing Arts.

A reminder that, as with Commencement, attendance is required for all faculty and staff. Those with extenuating circumstances should notify their Deans/Supervisors now.
