MLK Day of Service - All invited!

The Office of Campus Activities, Service and Leadership invites the university community is to participate in the annual MLK Day of Service on Friday, January 23 from 8:30am - 2pm.   Please RSVP your attendance using this link or the QR link in the flyer, and indicate if you prefer for on-campus or off campus experience.  Space is limited so sign-up ASAP!  

On campus experiences are Rise Against Hunger emergency meal packaging in the ballrooms and working with children at the WP Child Development Center (1800 Valley Rd).   Off-campus experiences include transportation to St. Peters Haven Pantry (Clifton), Father English (Paterson), Black Live Matter (Paterson) and The Pointe at Teaneck Assisted Senior Living.   

Schedule:

8:30am: Check-in / Breakfast (Ballrooms)

9:00am:  Introduction / Keynote: Dr. Naima Ricks, '11, Managing Director of Partnerships and Growth Reading Partners

10:00am - 2:00pm:  Service at off-campus / on-campus sites.  (Note:  if you cannot commit to the entire time, please sign-up for Rise Against Hunger in the Ballrooms).
