Celebrating Indigenous People's Day Monday 10/10 at Noon

Join us for opening remarks and performance in recognition of Wp Indigenous Peoples Day proclamation and land acknowledgement. This year's featured guest speakers include Dr. Miki Cammarata, Dr. David Jones, Dr. Balmurli Natrajan and the Thunderbird American Indian Dancers. Incorporated in 1963, the Thunderbirds pledged to help preserve and perpetuate the culture and traditions of the American Indian people through their songs, dances, and ceremonies.
Complimentary refreshments will be provided. Students that participate can earn credits towards the Social Justice Leadership Badge.
