Event Description

Join us for a day on the green! Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just picking up a club for the first time, this event offers the perfect blend of fun and networking. Meet alumni and professionals from a variety of industries, as well as potential employers in a relaxed, social setting. Don't miss this opportunity to expand your network while enjoying a round of golf with fellow students. Everyone is welcome, and it's a fantastic chance to make meaningful connections that could shape your future career!

The event will offer a combination of instructional lessons and playing. Students will be divided into groups, with at least one professional accompanying each group. The event will run a shotgun start, meaning all groups will start at a different hole and begin at the same time, playing a total of 9 holes.

Time: 7:00am - 1:00pm
Location: Meadows Golf Club (79 2 Bridges Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035)

Agenda

7:00am - 7:45am: Check-in
8:00am - 9:00am: Instructional lessons with the golf pro to go over swing basics and etiquette
9:00am - 12:00pm: Play 9 holes with visits from the instructor
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch

Important Notes

• We do ask if you have your own clubs please bring them as rental ones are limited!
• Please also bring at least 6 golf balls for the course! 
• Please note there will be no transportation to the golf course; students will be required to get there on their own.

Registration is Required

To sign up students must go the Campus Activities, Service and Leadership (CASL) office located in University Commons, Suite 116. The office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Students are required to leave a $15 deposit with CASL and fill out the form with your name, student email, major, and skill level of golf. The $15 deposit locks in your spot for this event and is non-refundable. Spots are limited so it is first come first serve! 

Only after you have signed up at the CASL office and gave your deposit, you can RSVP on Pioneer Life by clicking HERE or scanning the QR code on the attached flyer.
