Wellness Wednesday- Gentle Yoga & Meditation Class


Hello Colleagues,

Please join us for our first Wellness Wednesday in-person event. Lucia McMahon will be holding a Gentle Yoga and Meditation class on April 2, 2025.

🧘‍♀️ Best Reason to attend: this one-hour class will not only relax and destress you but make you forget about the daily routine for a little while.

Open to All levels- no prior Yoga experience required.
