Meetup at the Museum!

Have you ever wondered… "Who is Ben Shahn?" 

Not just the name of WPU’s beautiful University Galleries!

Please join the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at the Jewish Museum in NYC (1109 5th Ave at 92nd St) on October 20, 2025, at 11:00 am for a guided tour of the exhibit Ben Shahn, On Nonconformity. This is the first U.S. retrospective in nearly half a century dedicated to social realist artist and activist Ben Shahn (1898-1969). Join us as we take in his fascinating work and gain a deeper understanding of his connection to WPU.

Participants receive:

- Guided tour of the exhibit (1 hour)

- Lunch at the museum restaurant 

- General admission to the museum to explore before or after the tour

Participants must arrange their own transportation to the museum.

The event is free. Registration is required.

There is a limit of 20 people for the event,  but a few spots are left! Please fill out this short form by October 17 if interested.
