• MGT 4310 OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

    Techniques and methods employed by managers to plan and control operating systems are emphasized. Applications of quantitative methods and various analytical techniques are studied for operations system design, planning, control, problem solutions, productivity, project management, supply chain management, quality control, inventory management and short-term scheduling. COURSE PRE-REQUISITES: MGT 2000 AND (MATH 1400 OR MATH 1170) AND (ECON 2110 OR MATH 1450 OR MGT 2110).
