Opportunities to Contribute: The Director of Post-Award Grants plays a vital role in the success of grants and research programs. By engaging actively with the Office of Sponsored Programs, Principal Investigators, and administrators throughout the University, the role ensures that sponsored programs are executed in accordance with the established budgets, grant awards, and Uniform Guidance. Interacting with colleagues in the Office of the Controller and HR/Payroll, this role contributes to the University’s excellent reputation by ensuring outstanding research compliance. By upholding productive relationships across campus and providing the guidance to achieve compliance success, the role makes a critical contribution to the success and growth of the University’s sponsored programs activities.
