The Accessibility Resource Center, a high volume service provider, within the Division of Student Development at William Paterson University seeks a talented, customer service centered, enthusiastic individual to serve as its Director. This twelve-month position reports to the Assistant Dean of Students.

Serve as a subject matter expert for the community on student related accessibility matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience working in a higher education setting
Working knowledge of database systems such as Banner and/or AIM
Demonstrated ability to conduct assessment and use assessment data to improve systems and services
