Under direction, schedules facilities, prepares and distributes daily, monthly and semester information bulletins. Experience in utilization of scheduling/reservation software and other related database management computer programs is desired. Knowledge of creating, editing and producing layout of informational calendars and announcements is required.

Requirements include one year of experience in scheduling the use of multi-building facilities. The selected candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Educational requirements include successful completion of 60 semester hour credits from an accredited college or university. Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty semester hour credits being equal to one year of experience.

This is a NJ Civil Service Commission Open Competitive title. A civil service examination will be required as a condition of continued employment.

Range/Salary: 15/$38,394.65-$43,570.19
