Ashley Lee

Professor • Management, Marketing and Professional Sales

Soohyun (Ashley) Lee is an assistant professor at the Department of Management, Marketing, and Professional Sales at the Cotsakos College of Business, William Paterson University.

She earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Social Psychology from Sunkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea. She obtained an M.S., M.Phil, and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY) in New York, USA.

Her primary research areas are social comparison, job stressors, and cross-cultural issues at work. She is active in research by publishing peer-review articles and presenting at various conferences.

As an educator, she is dedicated to teaching Organizational Behavior, HR, and Principles of Management. She is passionate about mentoring her students and volunteers her time at academic and professional associations to assist early-career researchers, like herself.
