STEM Solutions 7/20-7/24/20

Do you have a curious rising fourth, fifth, or sixth grader who loves to creatively solve different types of problems? William Patterson’s STEM Solutions course creates a collaborative environment where students can put their engineering skills to the test. Each session, students will be presented with a “Perplexing Problem” they have to solve using a specific set of materials and criteria. Students will also participate in a “Daily Competition” each session where they will create a scientific model and compete against their peers to see who engineered the best design. Collaboration with others and perseverance is key as students learn scientific concepts along the way to enhance their designs and building techniques. Summer STEM Solutions is a great way to encourage curious minds and to foster a love of science!
