(Middle School P.M.) Power Yoga 7/13-7/17/20

If you haven't tried yoga, or if you tried and found it boring, you may like this more active type of power yoga which combines yoga with pilates --it will tone your body and calm your crazy mind. Pilates was invented for injured war soldiers (men!) to strengthen their core (abs!). However, it soon caught on as a great exercise for athletes and dancers as a way to tone the muscles. Many dancers, football and baseball players do pilates. When combined with the stretching and meditative aspects of yoga, the work-out becomes a complete mind/body experience. 

With 1 registration, family is welcome to participate.
