Sat Verbal and Math Boot Camp Combo 2/24/18, 3/3/2018

Morning Class (9:00am-12:00pm):

SAT Verbal Boot Camp

In this two session SAT course, students will learn strategies that can be applied to all parts of the SAT Verbal section. Close reading analysis, utilization of techniques for the evidence-based multiple choice questions, grammatical refreshers, and essay writing tips will be demonstrated and practiced throughout this course. Several mini-mock exams will be given to assess the strengths and areas of needed reinforcement for each student. Independent activities as well as cooperative grouping will be promoted in the classroom to maximize student learning and application of test-taking techniques. By the end of this course, each student will feel successful and very well prepared to tackle the reading, grammar, and essay component that will be included in the SAT Verbal section. 

Afternoon Class (1:00pm-4pm):

SAT Math Boot Camp

During this three session SAT course, students will learn strategies that can be applied to the SAT Math section. Learn the ins-and-outs of the test’s math portion as you strengthen test-taking skills to receive a score that reflects your ability. Other successful tools will include time management, scoring strategy, anxiety relief, and tricks to get into the SAT mindset. By the end of this course, students will leave with the tools and confidence needed to take their score to the next level.
