Workshop Description:

The May 31 workshop topic will be: Surviving Occupational Burn Out. Are you waking up already tired? Do you dread going into the office? Are you feeling uninspired by work that used to motivate you? You may be suffering from occupational burn out. Burn out has now been commonly recognized by clinical professionals as an exhaustion disorder caused by chronic work stress. Topics will include but are not limited to: how to recognize professional burn out, balance hacks for workaholics, what is quiet quitting/firing, embracing rest and relaxation, and how to self-advocate. This workshop is for anyone who feels overwhelmed and overworked, and those who are looking for solutions to surviving feeling burnt out in their workplace.

It is our hope that this workshop will offer anyone who has been seeking a sense of community for those struggling with occupational burn out, some extra support and a safe space to dialogue with members of the community who are living the same experiences.
