July 11 - 14: Beginner Cross Stitch (Gr. 6 - 8)
A cross-stitch is a form of sewing that creates beautiful works of art from x-shaped squares. In this course, you will learn how to thread a needle, set up a cross-stitch using Aida fabric and a hoop, and create a given pattern using needle and thread. At the end of this course, you will have completed your first cross stitch!
Please note: students will need to bring their own supplies; items such as: aida fabric, hoop, sewing needles, and DMC thread.
