July 5 - July 8: Personal Finance for First-Time Job Seekers (Grades 9 - 12)

Teaching students about the value of money is an important part of their learning and for those looking for a job, there are steps that can be confusing.  Students will learn about personal finance through basic concepts such as Needs vs. Wants, Basic Banking, and Taxes.  The week will culminate in a real-world scenario where they will have to budget for a set of monthly bills.
