Leadership Assessment

Course Description:

This Leadership Assessment lets you assess your leadership skills and helps you hone and strengthen them as well as identify gaps for improvement. It covers six skill areas:

1. General Leadership

2. Vision

3. Ethics

4. Communication

5. Managing Change and Conflict

6. Emotional Intelligence

The assessment is based on research insights from leadership experts and has been reviewed by a panel of academics, editors, executives with business and nonprofit experience, and an educational assessment consultant. The diagnostic output also allows you to compare your assessment results with those of other leaders.

A complete report of your results with analysis of performance and recommendations is provided at the end of the assessment.

This program is open enrollment (fully online) and can begin within 2-3 business days of registration.

Registration is ongoing throughout 2021.
