An introduction to the basic concepts and practices of biology and chemistry used in the field of forensic science. Topics will illustrate the use and relevancy of science in examining forensic evidence, conducting crime-scene investigations, and other aspects of forensic science. The course stresses the principles that govern the activities chemists and biologists face in a forensic laboratory.

Requirements:

Students must wear appropriate clothing, specifically closed toed shoes. 

Laboratory and tech fees included.
