(Grades K - 6) 45 Minute Reading and Writing Tutoring Services: Literacy and Learning

Literacy Skills Tutoring Services (Reading or Writing)  

College of Education (COE) teacher candidates will provide five individual tutoring sessions to students in grades K-6 in reading or writing. COE teacher candidates will be responsible for preparing mini-lessons appropriate to the student’s grade level. The tutoring sessions will take place via Zoom and will be individualized to the needs of the student being served.  Please be advised that all Zoom sessions will be recorded for supervision and safety purposes. 

After the student is registered, the tutor will contact the parent/guardian to schedule the sessions. Parents/guardians must separately register each child to be tutored.   

Date: March 29, 2021 – May 22, 2021  

Time: Five 45-minute sessions scheduled between the tutor and the parent/guardian.
