Let Us Talk Strategies for Language Stimulation in the Classroom 4/15/21 (PDS Schools Only)

Audience:  PreK- 2^nd grade          

Description: Many young children do not communicate to their best potential in a classroom environment. Students may have identified or unidentified special needs or diagnoses, may be minimally verbal, new English language learners, or simply have speech sound disorders that make them difficult to understand. In this workshop, we will provide teachers with tools to recognize the differences between these various profiles, and strategies to support and promote receptive and expressive language skills in early childhood classrooms.
