(Grades 9 to 12) Short Stories & Poems

Grades 9-12

In this class we will delve into creative writing, focusing mainly on writing different forms of poetry and a short story. Students will create a poetry portfolio of 5-10 poems and a short story (topic of their choice). The class will include mini-lessons, independent work, and tools for practice, peer editing, one-on-one meetings, and sharing.
