Forensic Science Academy 7/8-7/12/19 and 7/29-8/2/19

• Anatomy and Physiology (Commuters) 7/8-7/12/19| 9:00am - 4:00pm|

Analyze microscopic characteristics and properties of the human body, examine cheek cells under a microscope, learn the principles of osmosis, and measure the performance of your heart with an EKG system.  The program will end at noon on Friday. (Lab fee and materials included)

• Forensic Science and CSI 7/29-8/2/19|9:00am - 12:00pm|

Forensic Science naturally teaches students skills in observation, documentation, inquiry, literacy, communication and investigation while connecting academics to the working world.  Topics covered will include crime scene investigation, hair & fibers, fingerprinting, blood & blood spatter, anthropology and toxicology.
