Theme: Working Smart: Effective Open Educational Resources (OER) For Teachers

Preparing Students for Their Future: Preparing students for their future is an essential goal for all educators, but as technology evolves, it is hard to determine what this future will look likes. As teachers, it is easy to become overwhelmed with the resources available, but by focusing on essential skills, you can integrate technology to enhance student learning. Mr. Kavcak will walk you through the skills students need and how to balance your curriculum as you support students developing the skills which will help them experience success in the future. Technology is a very powerful tool and knowing how to incorporate these resources will enhance your classroom and help you bring your students to new levels of success.
