Difficult Conversations: Multicultural Education and Addressing the Needs of all Learners (PDS Only)

Target Audience: Teachers, Education Majors, Administrators, and Principals.

Description: This workshop focuses on techniques for ensuring student engagement. Teachers in attendance will participate in three specific activities and leave with ideas for immediate application in their classrooms. Description: Every school has diversity, whether it be racial, economic, learning of styles, etc. This program will focus on the work of school level administrators. There will be an exploration of policies and practices that tend to impede educational  equity.
