Morning Class: Art Around The World 7/10-7/14/17

Design your own passport to begin your art journey around the world.  Explore a variety of cultures and create your own project from the country being studied.  Focus on hands-on, multicultural experiences through the visual arts process.  Sample projects might include: Tibetan Sand Mandalas, Aboriginal Bark Paintings, South American Rain Sticks, Guatemalan Worry Dolls, African Masks, Panamanian Molas, Japanese Zen Gardens. 

Afternoon Class: Nature's Wrath 7/10-7/14/17

Do you know the how to protect your home from an earthquake? Do you know how to protect millions of people who live by the water? Well in “Nature’s Wrath,” you will be an engineer, and your task will be to create structures to protect people from these damaging events. You will be building and testing sea walls & earthquake resistant.  Are you up to task of saving lives?
