WP Physics for Middle School(Grades 5 to 8) & Advance Game Design 8/1-8/5/16

Morning Program: WP Physics for Middle School 

Learn concepts of physics such as: Newton's Laws of Motion, types of forces and energy, velocity and acceleration all while transforming ordinary plastic bottles into sky-soaring rockets! You will be collaborating with fellow classmates and apply your learnings in order to design different types of rockets based on the different challenges assigned. You will then test your rockets by launching them outside to see which group comes up with the design that yields the highest-flying rocket!

Afternoon Program: Advanced Game Design (Prerequisite: Game Design) 

This course continues gaming design, game development, and coding and testing with Multimedia Fusion 2. Students learn how to create new games from scratch based on their prior experience with Multimedia Fusion 2.  Games have storyboards established, objects created and designs revolve around completion within the week.  Students will further their beta testing and revision/correction analysis techniques.
